Tonny Heller is an experienced coach and trainer specializing in personal and professional development, team coaching, and organizational change. Currently serving as a coach and trainer at Ken&Ben since July 2017, Heller focuses on enhancing the soft skills of young professionals through a structured traineeship program. Additional roles include team coaching at Kwadraad and Breinkorf, and freelance teaching at Inholland Academy, specializing in solution-focused coaching. As the owner of Heller coacht en traint since April 2009, Heller provides tailored coaching and training aimed at team development and career planning. Heller also manages the Young Professionals Talent Program for the Metropoolregio Amsterdam, overseeing the development and coaching of trainees.
