Guilherme Walder Mora Ramalho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Presidente at both MetrôRio and Metrobarra since December 2016, Guilherme has previously held significant roles including Secretário-executivo at the Secretaria de Aviação Civil, where responsibilities included coordinating the Brazilian civil aviation sector and structuring major airport concessions, and Presidente do Conselho de Administração at Infraero Brasil, focused on restructuring and preparing airports for major international events. With a background as Diretor in the Ministério do Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão and Assessor in the Casa Civil, Guilherme has consistently contributed to federal investments in critical infrastructure.
