Anna Kanior-Florek

Anna Kanior-Florek is a highly experienced professional in project management and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Metrosoft since June 2008. With a background that includes roles such as Head of Project Management and Senior IT Project Manager, Anna has demonstrated expertise in organizational leadership, project execution, client relationship management, and business strategy development. Prior to Metrosoft, Anna held positions at Jobpartners and Capgemini, where responsibilities included providing technical support, coordinating service desk operations, and training new team members. Anna holds a master's degree in IT and Econometrics from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie and a postgraduate certificate in IT Project Management from AGH University of Science and Technology.
