Diana Rafaj

Diana Rafaj is an HR Specialist at Metrostav a.s. since May 2021, with responsibilities including the organization and coordination of new employee onboarding, internal communication for HR projects, and management of employee benefits and training. Previous experience includes a Sales Promotion role at Noe’s, s.r.o. from December 2017 to December 2020, and a career advisory internship at Palacký University in Olomouc in early 2019. Additionally, Diana gained HR assistance experience at the Moravian-Silesian Regional Office in mid-2017 and has held administrative assistant positions at the Regional Court in Ostrava during the summers of 2014 and 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Andragogy from Masaryk University Brno and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Andragogy from Palacký University in Olomouc.
