Frantisek Michlik

Frantisek Michlik is a seasoned professional in the power generation sector, currently serving as a Construction Manager for Metrostav a.s. since February 2022, focusing on the Hanhikivi 1 nuclear power plant project. Frantisek has accumulated extensive experience as a Mechanical Supervisor at Slovenske elektrarne, an Enel Group company, since 2014, overseeing the Mochovce 3&4 nuclear power plant. Previous positions include Mechanical Engineer roles at Kraftanlagen München GmbH, contributing to both the Kladno K7 fossil-fuel power plant and the Olkiluoto OL3 nuclear power plant from 2009 to 2014. Frantisek began a career in design with Otis Escalators from 2006 to 2009. Frantisek holds a Master's degree from the Technical University of Košice, completed in 2006 at the Faculty of Manufacturing Technologies in Presov.
