Dan Hamilton

Dan Hamilton is an experienced real estate professional with a long-standing career in various roles. As the Owner of The Real Estate Education School since January 2024, Hamilton continues to impact the industry through education. With a focus on Investments, Short Sales, and Foreclosures, Hamilton has been a Broker/Owner at Dan Hamilton Real Estate Broker since March 1992. In addition, Hamilton serves as an Instructor and Course Creator for the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® and has contributed as an Author for McGraw-Hill and Cengage from 2004 to the present. Hamilton's previous role as a Texas Agency Representative for Alliant National Title Insurance Company spanned from January 2013 to September 2023. Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from the University of North Texas, achieved between 1994 and 1996.
