Keziah Franca currently serves as Intake Manager at MetroWest Legal Services since November 2024. Previously, Keziah was the Manager of Language Assessment at Framingham Public Schools, where responsibilities included overseeing a team that welcomed and assessed Emergent Bilingual and Dual Language students. Additional roles at Framingham Public Schools included Secondary Out of School Time Coordinator and Wrap Around Coordinator, focusing on program development and family engagement. Keziah also contributed as Citizen Participation Officer for the City of Framingham and has held various positions at the South Middlesex Opportunity Council, including Bilingual Advocate and Case Manager. Educational qualifications consist of an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Services from Massachusetts Bay Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from Bay Path University.

The mission of MetroWest Legal Services is to provide legal advocacy to protect and advance the rights of the poor, elderly, disabled and other disenfranchised people in our service area and to assist them in obtaining legal, social and economic justice. We help our clients secure access to basic needs and challenge institutional barriers in order to achieve equal justice for all. MetroWest Legal Services provides free civil legal aid to low-income people who would be denied justice without our help. Our priority practice areas include: Family Law, Housing, Homeless Advocacy, Government Benefits (including Social Security), Education, Elder Law & Immigration.
