Charles Jarvis is a seasoned Mental Health Counselor at MetroWest Medical Center since August 2011, where a variety of counseling techniques are employed in both group and individual sessions, focusing on children, adults, and geriatric populations while effectively handling crisis situations. Previously, Charles served as a DV/SA Advocate and Clinical Intern at Voices Against Violence/SMOC from September 2012 to May 2013, providing therapeutic services to individuals impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. Prior experience includes working as an Overnight Triage Coordinator at Advocates, Inc. from August 2008 to August 2011, where responsibilities included dispatching clinicians for psychiatric evaluations and facilitating billing procedures. Charles holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hartford.
