Cynthia Poole has over 35 years of experience in administrative and patient support roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Medical/Unit Secretary for Behavioral Health and Patient Intake Coordinator at MetroWest Medical Center since August 2014, Cynthia previously held multiple positions at St. Vincent's Hospital, including Scheduler/Patient Access Service Representative/Secretary from April 2003 to August 2014, focusing on data accuracy during the scheduling process. Earlier experience includes serving as an Unit Secretary in the Emergency Department at MetroWest Medical Center from 1988 to 2003, where responsibilities encompassed coordination with various hospital departments and patient care support.
