Dayle also worked at UMass Memorial Laboratories as Supervisor of Outreach Phlebotomy, focusing on training staff and improving service delivery across multiple patient service centers. Dayle holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Salve Regina University, completed between 1978 and 1982.
