Kyle Barrett has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Kyle was a Summer Intern at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from July 2010 to August 2013. From June 2014 to September 2015, they worked as a Summer Technician at Oxford Valley Pharmacy. Then, from March to September 2016, they served as a Pharmacokinetic Modeler at Metrum Research Group. Kyle continued their career at Drexel University as a Research Assistant in the Biological Colloids Lab from January 2017 to March 2018. From April 2018 to January 2019, they worked as a Pharmacometrics Intern and R&D Programmer at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Kyle then joined Certara as an R Shiny Developer from March to September 2020, where they designed and improved R shiny apps for modeling drug pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics for COVID-19. Kyle then worked at Critical Path Institute as an R Shiny Developer from September to December 2020, where they designed a clinical trial simulation tool for patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Currently, Kyle is serving as a Data Science Engineer at Metrum Research Group since January 2021, where they develop and maintains R packages related to data science and pharmacometrics.
Kyle Barrett earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, where they attended from 2014 to 2019.
