Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at METS Engineering Group since May 2018, Rachel has held significant roles including Group Shared Services Manager at Midas Engineering Group, and Commercial Manager and Financial Controller at Vatukoula Gold Mines Plc. Early career positions include Group Financial Analyst at Anglo American and Project Manager at Livingbridge. With a foundational background in accounting and finance, supported by a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Western Australia and a Master's Degree from the CPA Australia Program, Rachel is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 2018.
