Andrea Pieri

Andrea Pieri has over 20 years of experience in various positions related to supply chain, operations, and sales. Andrea'smost recent role was as the Sales & Operations Planning Director at Metsä Board. Prior to that, they worked at Kekkilä-BVB as the Operations Performance Improvement, QA, and S&OP Manager, focusing on developing and stabilizing the supply chain. Andrea also had experience at Kekkilä Garden, Eurosider (Tianjin) Coating Technology Co., Ltd., LITE-ON Mobile Mechanical SBG, Sphere S.A., Fila Europe SPA, and BasicNet Spa, where they held various managerial positions in supply chain management and operations. Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and successfully implementing process improvements.

Andrea Pieri has a diverse education history. In 1989, they began their studies at the Università degli Studi di Torino, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. In 1995, they also completed their Master Thesis at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. In 2011, Andrea pursued further education at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program with a focus on 6 modules in Beijing. In 2012, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for a project management and thinking process program in TOC Project Management & Thinking Process. The following year, they joined Goldratt Consulting in Tel Aviv to acquire knowledge in TOC for the ever-flourishing company. In 2022, they obtained additional certifications through the Metsä Group data and analytics training program in Solita, covering key concepts, data-driven value creation, and AI basics for business.
