Henri Sederholm

Henri Sederholm is an experienced financial executive, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Metsä Board since May 2021. Sederholm has held various leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of the Board at Encore Ympäristöpalvelut and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Oy Hangö Stevedoring Ab. Previous positions include SVP Group Finance at Metsä Group, CFO at Metsä Wood, and Vice President, Finance & Control at Metsä Board. Sederholm's career began at Stora Enso Financial Services and Svenska Handelsbanken. Sederholm holds a Master of Science in Finance from Aalto University and has completed an Executive Development Program in Organizational Leadership at IMD, along with degrees from CEMS and Corvinus University of Budapest.
