Steve France

Steve France has extensive experience in demand planning and customer service within the paper and packaging industries. Currently serving as the Demand Planning Manager for the Americas region at Metsä Board since September 1997, Steve has played a pivotal role in managing the growth of the company's operations. Prior to this position, Steve was the Regional Customer Service Manager for the American operation of Consumer Packaging after relocating to the US in 2007. Earlier roles included Customer Service Manager for the UK and Ireland at Metsä Board's Consumer Packaging division and a position in customer service at Metsa Serla. Steve also contributed to Car Care Plan as an External Sales and Sales Trainer and began a career in customer service with Hedsor Board and Bunzl Paper. Steve's education took place at Gordano Comprehensive School in Portishead, Bristol, from 1977 to 1982.
