Ilkka Hämälä

Ilkka Hämälä has been the Chairman of the Board at Metsä Group since April 2021. Prior to that, they were a trainee at Metsä Group from May 2020 to September 2020, working in operations. From June 2019 to September 2019, they worked as a sawmill worker at Keitele Timber Oy.

Ilkka Hämälä studied forestry at the University of Eastern Finland and earned their bachelor's degree there.
