Akhil Bhatia

Akhil Bhatia currently serves as the Resourcing Head for India at Metso since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing all resourcing activities and developing strategies for resourcing needs and digitalization projects. Prior to this role, Akhil worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Adani Enterprises Limited from June 2016 to February 2019, focusing on hiring professionals in various sectors, including coal mining and trading. Akhil's earlier experience includes serving as Regional HR Manager for Videocon Industries from October 2012 to June 2016, where recruitment efforts spanned multiple northern Indian regions, and as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Axis Bank from June 2008 to October 2012, handling HR processes for a large employee base. Akhil holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from ICFAI and a B.Com from Panjab University, with additional certifications in leadership from the Indian School of Business and Thomas PPA.
