Alejandro Beltran

Alejandro Beltran serves as the Head of Legal for North and Central America at Metso since September 2020, after holding the position of Director of Legal in Canada, Mexico, and Central America at Outotec from October 2018 to September 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Legal and Contracts at Global Ventures Consulting Ltd., and various legal and contracts management positions at OpenText, Bankers Petroleum Ltd., Harvest Operations Corp., Renegade Petroleum Ltd., and Petro Uno Resources Ltd. Alejandro began legal career as an Associate Lawyer at Sanclemente Fernandez Abogados S.A. Education includes a Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Post Baccalaureate Degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Calgary, and multiple certificates in relevant legal fields from Mount Royal University and York University.
