Ives Cattini

Ives Cattini is the Director of Rewards at Metso, where they apply extensive experience in compensation administration, managing salary structures, and implementing fixed and variable compensation programs. Previously, Ives served as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Metso, overseeing compensation strategies for South America, and held the position of Compensation Supervisor at ZF do Brasil. Ives also worked as a Compensation Manager at Schincariol and as a Human Resources Analyst at both Dana Industrias Ltda and Svedala Faço. They hold a degree from Universidade de Sorocaba and a post-graduate degree in Administration from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
