Jafnath Asirvatham

Jafnath Asirvatham has a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. Jafnath is currently working at Metso as the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain for Heat Transfer Equipment in the USA. Prior to this, they worked at Metso Outotec as a Senior Manager in Global Sourcing from October 2020 to November 2023. Before joining Metso Outotec, Jafnath held multiple roles at Outotec, including Head of Procurement for Waste to Energy, Project Procurement Manager, and Manager of Procurement, Expediting & Logistics for Projects and Spare & Wear Parts. Earlier in their career, they worked for Vedanta Resources Plc as an Associate Manager for Project Purchase & Logistics, and Ashok Leyland as a Trainee.

Jafnath began by attending Mount St. Mary's School, Delhi Cantt from 1991 to 2004, where they completed their 12th standard in the field of Science. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Karunya University from 2004 to 2008. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from LIBA during the period of 2008 to 2010.
