Sinta Dewi

Sinta Dewi has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, with experience spanning various organizations. At Archipelago International Hotels, Resorts & Residences, Sinta served as both Corporate HR Officer and Corporate Recruitment, Training, & HR Administrator, focusing on administrative HR services and recruitment for key positions. Sinta continued to enhance HR skills at Karadeniz Holding, managing the end-to-end recruitment process until March 2022, and then transitioned to roles with Eramet as Recruitment Advisor & Talent Management and currently as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Metso since March 2024. Early experiences include a traineeship at Grand Hyatt in hospitality management and an internship with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. Sinta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
