Sweta Sirpal

Sweta Randhawa Sirpal serves as the VP and Global Head of Legal for Minerals and Market Areas at Metso since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sweta held the position of VP and Head of Legal for Minerals at Metso Outotec from July 2020 to December 2023. Sweta's extensive experience in contract management and legal affairs includes roles such as Vice President and Head of MP Contract Management (Global) at Outotec, VP and Head of Contract Management for the Americas Region, and Contracts Manager. Previous positions also include Contracts Manager at Psion and Contract Manager at EDULINX Canada Corporation. Sweta earned a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Western University.
