Toni Rechardt

Toni Rechardt currently serves as a Treasury Analyst in Treasury Market Operations at Metso, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Toni held the position of Corporate Venture Capital and M&A Trainee at Helen Ventures from December 2022 to June 2023, focusing on investment analysis and M&A opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Toni's earlier experience includes working as an Engagement Manager at Netlight, where responsibilities involved IT and management consulting, and co-founding Kauppikseen.fi, an online cram school for business school applicants. Toni also acted as a Project Coordinator for the Information Technology Program at Aalto University School of Business. Academically, Toni holds a Master's degree from Aalto University, an MBA from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Aalto University.
