Vadim Reznitchenko

Vadim Reznitchenko has extensive experience in engineering, particularly within the field of high-pressure grinding rolls (HRC™) and bulk processing equipment. Since May 2017, Vadim has served as Chief Product Engineer for the HRC™ product line at Metso, and as Principal Engineer at Metso Outotec since July 2020. Vadim's career began at Donetsk National Technical University, where research and development work in mining machines was complemented by teaching courses on mineral processing. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Stewart-Amos Equipment, overseeing sales support and equipment design, and Deputy Director at DonMet, focusing on industrial equipment design. Vadim holds both a Bachelor and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Donetsk National Technical University.
