Jim Brown is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in senior living and retail. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Metta Lifestyles since November 2024, Jim focuses on enhancing operational services, sales efficiency, and brand awareness. Previously, as Vice President of Operations at Spring Living Retirement Communities, Jim was a founding member of the senior leadership team, instrumental in launching the brand, designing service delivery models, and acquiring 14 retirement communities. Jim's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Regional Operations at Chartwell Retirement Residences, General Manager at Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc., Executive Director at Revera Inc., Manager of Ontario Retail Sales at Labatt Breweries, Store Director at Toys R Us, and General Manager/District Training Manager at PepsiCo. Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and a Certificate in Leading With Impact from York University.
