Helena Oettingen's work experience begins in 2014 with an internship at Tyba. In 2016, they worked as a Management Intern at the Cotton House Hotel. Helena then served as a Law Intern at Studio Legale Aguglia in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Writer at The Stork and as a Web Designer at Stiftung Filippas Engel. In 2021, they co-founded Metta Space, a company that focuses on workplace misconduct prevention and resolution. In the same year, Helena also co-founded Metta Space | NXT: Enterprise and joined Female Founders as a co-founder for their Grow F, Batch 5 program. In 2022, they became a Co-Founder at Metta Space | Workforce Development at Techstars. In 2023, they joined Sisters Founders as a member. Helena was also a Co-Founder at Metta Space | NXT: Enterprise at InsurTech Hub Munich from April to July 2021.

Helena Oettingen completed their education in a chronological order. From 2010 to 2015, they attended Liceo Artistico A. Gemelli and obtained their Italian Maturità in High School. Following that, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations at IE University. Finally, in 2019 to 2020, they attended IE Business School, where they completed their Master of Science (MS) specializing in Cybersecurity.
