Mark Probert

Mark Probert is an experienced professional specializing in training, business development, and customer relations. Currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at MetTel since October 2021, Mark focuses on creating media for training and onboarding new hires in the Customer Operation sector. Mark has also held various roles at IREF LLC since April 2016, including Company Owner, where the focus is on training recreational sports referees. Previous experience includes positions at MetTel as NCS SMB Project Manager and in account management roles, handling over 200 clients. Additionally, Mark has served as a Soccer Referee for NFHS/USSF since August 2010, ensuring compliance with game laws while fostering positive relationships.
