Pim Donders

Pim Donders is an experienced professional in asset and portfolio management with a strong background in real estate and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Head of Treasury and Asset & Portfolio Management for Germany at Metterwoon Vastgoed B.V. since February 2017, Pim previously held the role of Senior Manager at Propertize, where responsibilities included restructuring real estate investments and debt finance. Prior experience encompasses co-ownership of Arrow Capital, a corporate finance boutique, and leadership positions at Robeco in direct real estate investments. Initial roles included relationship management in real estate and structured finance at ING, beginning as a management trainee in commercial banking. Pim holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Tilburg University and has furthered education at institutions in the UK and Belgium.
