Caroline Lea (FCCA) is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Mettis Aerospace since April 2021, Caroline has previously held similar positions at Maxwood Washrooms Ltd and Drive System Design, as well as serving as Financial Controller at Costain Integrated Services. At Costain, Caroline effectively managed a finance team of seven, overseeing management accounts and financial reporting for multiple companies. The career began at Murphy Salisbury Chartered Accountants, where progression from Junior Accountant to Senior Accountant involved the preparation of annual financial statements for a diverse client portfolio. Caroline holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from BPP Professional Education, earned between 2000 and 2005.
