Mark Naylor is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in process leadership and production management across various industries. Currently serving as a Process Leader at Mettis Aerospace since January 2019 and a Manufacturing Shift Manager at GLASSOLUTIONS Saint-Gobain since June 2018, Mark has previously held positions including Manufacturing Supervisor at Lear Corporation and Production Shift Leader at Superform, where expertise in superplastically formed aluminium was utilized.
