Matthew O'Connell

Matthew O'Connell is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in building banking platforms from concept to scale. They have held key positions such as Senior Product Manager at Mettle, where they provide leadership to multiple squads working on core banking, cards, and payments capabilities. Previously, as Lead Product Manager at 10x Future Technologies, Matthew opened the company's first international office and spearheaded the launch of a new Banking-as-a-Service proposition. Their career began at Apple as an iOS Genius while they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering at Loughborough University. Currently, they also serve as a Senior Product Manager at NatWest Boxed.
