Minza Gayas

Minza Gayas is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Application Engineer at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since August 2025, Minza previously held the position of Senior Embedded Engineer at Evyon, where responsibilities included developing sustainable solutions for second-life electric vehicle batteries from March 2022 to August 2025. Prior roles include Deputy Manager and Senior Engineer at Bharat Electronics Limited from November 2012 to November 2021, focusing on automated test equipment and digital beamforming for radar systems. Minza began the career as a Trainee at the University of Kashmir, where training in VHDL and VLSI took place. Minza holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar, completed in 2012.
