Rashida Church

Rashida Church, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Product Inspection North America at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since October 2016. With extensive experience in human resources, Rashida has previously held roles such as Region Director Human Resources at Progressive Waste Solutions, where guidance was provided across over fifty locations and strategic plans were implemented for talent acquisition and retention. As a Senior HR Manager at Express Scripts, Rashida collaborated with leadership to develop business strategies and workforce solutions, while at HSBC, support was provided to various locations in the U.S. and compliance with EEOC responses was ensured. Rashida holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, Tampa, FL.
