Shana Richards is a seasoned marketing communications professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as Head of Marketing Communications for North America at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since September 2008. In this leadership role, Shana manages the Marketing Communications Department, guiding a team to support various marketing initiatives, including trade shows, vendor management, and creative services. Prior to this role, Shana was the MarCom Events Manager at Mettler-Toledo, where event planning and budget management were key responsibilities. Shana began a career in communications at EMH&T, where event execution and content creation were primary functions, and also held an administrative position with the Ohio Senate. Shana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University.
