Simone Suter

Simone Suter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Human Resources at SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie since January 2024, Simone also holds the position of Unit Head of HR (Business Partner) at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc., where responsibilities include HR management for approximately 600 employees. As the Owner and Founder of Hummingbird Weddings since January 2020, Simone specializes in creating memorable wedding ceremonies. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at ABB, where strategic consulting and leadership development initiatives were key responsibilities, and various positions in project management and consulting, including work with Kanton Aargau and Wetrok AG. Simone's educational background includes advanced degrees in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St.Gallen and certifications in Systemic Change Management and Wedding Planning.
