Valery Desmoulin has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of IT architecture and management. Valery started their career as a Product Manager at Cerg Finance España in 1997. Valery then moved on to work as a Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting, where they were involved in various SAP projects and data center consolidation. In 1999, they joined IBM as an IT Architect, focusing on architecture design and implementation for SAP and non-SAP systems. During their time at IBM, they also worked on a research project at IBM Montpellier Labs. In 2008, Valery joined Holcim as the Architecture Manager for the EMEA region, where they were responsible for IT strategy, infrastructure design, and implementation. Valery achieved significant successes in infrastructure harmonization, data center centralization, and the implementation of various management solutions. Valery then took on the role of Chief Information Officer at CCE AIR FRANCE, where they oversaw the company's IT strategic plans and policies. Following that, they worked at LafargeHolcim as an Enterprise Architect, focusing on digitization in the manufacturing area and IT strategy alignment. In 2018, Valery joined Philip Morris International as a Principal Enterprise Architect, leading the development and maintenance of architecture principles and standards. Currently, they are working as the Chief Enterprise Architect at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc, where they are responsible for architecting global digital transformation and aligning IT strategy with business strategy. Valery has proven expertise in various domains such as digital supply chain, digital manufacturing, enterprise integration, and precision agriculture.

Valery Desmoulin completed their education from 1991 to 1996 at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, earning a DESS 220 degree in Informatique de Gestion.
