Rafael Suchan

Rafael Suchan is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder of METYCLE and Board Member of the Asia Transformation & Turnaround Association since 2022, Rafael also founded VASTALTA in 2022. Previously, Rafael held the position of Chief Executive Officer at both Scholz Recycling GmbH and Chiho Environmental Group Limited from 2020 to 2022. Prior to these roles, Rafael had a distinguished tenure at LANXESS, where responsibilities included Chief Digital Officer Asia-Pacific and Vice President positions in Inorganic Pigments. Rafael's career commenced at Bayer AG as a Management Trainee focused on Marketing and International Business. Educational achievements include dual MBA degrees from Tsinghua University and Nanyang Technological University Singapore, as well as a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences.
