Ed Knake

Ed Knake is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles across the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Division Executive Chef at Metz Culinary Management, Ed oversees higher education and independent school dining operations. Prior experience includes significant positions at Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of a $6 million operation at John Carroll University, and stints as Executive Chef at Embassy Suites Beachwood and Driftwood Hospitality Management. Ed has a proven track record in enhancing culinary operations, demonstrated by rankings in guest satisfaction surveys, and has been recognized for excellence in culinary management, including winning the Taste of Beachwood People's Choice Award in 2013. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ohio University.
