John Peper

John Peper is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Metz Culinary Management since January 2023, John has previously held roles as Executive Chef at Dolce Norwalk from September 2017 to January 2023, and as Director of Dining Services at Brightview Senior Living from October 2015 to September 2017. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Chef at Tarrytown House Estate and Conference Center and World Yacht LLC, as well as Specialty Restaurant Chef at Marco Island Marriott. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, completed between 2002 and 2005.
