Kim Brenkus, MBA, RDN, LD, FAND, currently serves as Vice President of Patient Experience and Clinical Services at Metz Culinary Management since August 2016. Previously, Kim held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Gwinnett Medical Center from February 2014 to May 2016 and served as Director of Food and Nutrition at Metz Culinary Management from January 2012 to January 2014. Earlier roles include Director of Clinical and Nutrition Services at AVI Foodsystems from July 2003 to August 2011. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from PennWest Edinboro.
