Len Mitchell

Len Mitchell is currently the General Manager at Metz Culinary Management and has held various significant roles in the culinary and hospitality industry. They served as the Executive Chef at Aramark and revitalized foodservice operations, enhancing both guest experience and profitability. Len previously transformed Maggie's on the River into a successful upscale venture and designed a culinary arts program for troubled youth at Centerstone. They have also held positions at Sysco Foods and other prominent establishments, focusing on team building and innovative culinary solutions. Len is pursuing an Associate's degree in Restaurant Management while holding a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
