Mason Shelton

Mason Shelton is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate at Bernstein-Burkley since January 2024. Previously, Mason held the position of Associate at Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC and served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Gregory L. Taddonio at the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Mason gained further legal experience through clerking roles at Owings, Wilson & Coleman and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, as well as internships with ThinkTennessee and Legal Aid of East Tennessee. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mason worked as an Automotive Quality Engineer and Assistant Quality Manager at Martinrea International and as a Client Relations Specialist at Government Data Services. Mason began professional endeavors as a Constituent Intern for the Tennessee 7th Congressional District. Mason earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Public Administration from Lipscomb University.
