Dominik Mueller

Dominik Mueller is an experienced finance professional specializing in quantitative currency overlay management and FX total return strategies. Since October 2013, Dominik has held various leadership roles at Bankhaus Metzler, currently serving as Director after positions as Head of Currency Management, Deputy Director, Head of Currency Management Operations, Vice President, and Senior Currency Manager. Prior experiences include internships in currency overlay management at Berenberg Bank, private banking at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt, financial markets research at HSH Nordbank, and risk management at DZ Bank. Dominik is an entrepreneur, having operated as a domain name broker and consultant from 2003 to 2007. Academically, Dominik holds a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a focus on Finance from the University of Hamburg, alongside several qualifications in wine education.
