Ro Nattiv

Ro Nattiv is a seasoned professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at MeUndies since March 2020, after progressing from the Director of Customer Experience role. Nattiv's career at MeUndies began in April 2016, where various positions included Operations Manager and Customer Experience Team Lead. Prior experience includes a tenure at Weissberg and Associates, Ltd. from May 2012 to January 2016, beginning as a Human Resources Assistant before being promoted to Account Manager, overseeing client accounts and resolving critical issues. Nattiv also gained experience as a Food Safety Intern at the Center for Science in the Public Interest and held marketing and intern roles at Off Campus 101 Enterprises and Mona Lisa Stone and Marble, respectively. Nattiv holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Women's and Gender Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
