Aline Sousa has worked in three different companies since 2019. In 2019, they started as an Estagiária de Inteligência de Mercado at Unimed Fortaleza, where they were responsible for lead qualification and sales performance indicators, as well as research and customer satisfaction surveys. Aline also worked as an Estagiária de Gestão de Pessoas at Banco do Nordeste do, where they were responsible for updating spreadsheets and registering employees in the company's benefits system, as well as creating reports on administrative routines. Since 2020, they have been working as a Senior Communication Reporting Analyst, Pleno Analyst Ouvidoria, and Agente de Customer Experience at meutudo.

Aline Sousa attended the Federal University of Ceara from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the E.E.E.P Joaquim Moreira de Sousa from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Técnico em Administração in the field of Administration and Negócios.
