Gustavo Leandro Fróes

Gustavo Leandro Fróes has been working in the customer service industry since 2009. Gustavo started their career as a Caixa at Santander Brasil and then worked their way up to Gerente administrativo/atendimento III. In 2019, they joined Olé Consignado as a Coordenador comercial. In 2020, they joined MEU TUDO as Head of Customet Experience and then took on two additional roles, Head of Customer Success and Customer Experience and Head of Customer Experience.

Gustavo Leandro Fróes has a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes, which they obtained in 2016. Gustavo is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Universidade de Fortaleza, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Gestão e Liderança: Conceitos da função gerencial from FGV Online in 2020, Motivação e Gestão de Equipes from Inead - Instituto Nacional De Ensino A Distancia in 2020, Recrutamento de Resultado from Kenoby in 2019, and CPA 10 from ANBIMA.
