Gustavo Nogueira has been working in the professional field since 2015. Gustavo began their career as a Bolsista do Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET) at Universidade Federal do Ceará in 2015. In 2017, they joined Enel as an Estagiário de serviços ao cliente, where they were responsible for creating operational reports and management panels, monitoring customer service channels and inoperancies, analyzing data, creating a project and innovation office based on PMBOK, and creating presentations of the area's results. In 2020, they moved to Ecosocioambiental as an Assistente de relacionamento ao cliente. Currently, Gustavo is employed at meutudo. as a Quality Control Analyst PL and Quality Control Trainee and Customer Success Trainee.
Gustavo Nogueira obtained a Bacharelado in Economics from the Federal University of Ceara between 2015 and 2019. Gustavo has also obtained four additional certifications, including Master Power BI from Sigma Treinamentos in November 2020, Microsoft Excel Avançado 2013 from Fundação Bradesco in November 2020, Outbound Marketing & Sales from Reev in July 2020, and Gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos from ER Consultoria in June 2020.
