Kazuto Adate

Kazuto Adate has held various roles throughout their work experience. Kazuto started their career as a Docente em identidade de marca e criação de embalagens at Senac from 2003 to 2005. Then, they worked as a Designer at Designio from 2001 to 2007. Kazuto served as Diretor de arte e design at Polishop from 2004 to 2009. Following that, they worked as a Consultor em criação para marketing direto at Experience BTS from 2009 to 2010.

In 2011, Kazuto transitioned into the digital industry and joined Grupo RBS as a UX Designer, Criativo e Diretor de Arte until 2013. Kazuto then became involved with Startup House Brasil as a Empreendedor I Design Thinker from 2013 to 2014. Moreover, they co-founded Sistema Pingo in 2013 and served as a Co-founder, Product until 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, Kazuto worked at iFood as a Group Product Manager, contributing significantly to the company's growth in the Latin American FoodTech space. Kazuto helped set up and lead multiple product teams, shape vision and product strategies, and improve product management processes and teams. Additionally, they supported M&A processes as a product specialist.

In 2022, Kazuto joined Inventa as a Group Product Manager until 2023. Currently, they are working at meutudo. as a Group Product Manager.

Kazuto Adate's education history begins in 2000 when they attended ETE Carlos de Campos, where they pursued a technical degree in Design and Visual Communication. Kazuto completed this program in 2002. Immediately after, from 2002 to 2004, they enrolled at Senac São Paulo to earn another technical degree, this time in Marketing and Sales.

In 2004, Adate joined Universidade Anhembi Morumbi to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Research, which they completed in 2008. Continuing their education, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing for a short course in design thinking and branding in 2011.

Their education culminated with their enrollment at Escola Politécnica da USP from 2014 to 2017, where they achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Product and Service Management and Engineering.
