Marcelo Acerbi de Almeida

Marcelo Acerbi de Almeida has over 20 years of work experience. From 2022 to present, they have served as the Chief Legal Officer for meutudo. Prior to this, they were the Head of Legal at GPA from 2008 to 2022, where their main activities included compliance of SEC and CVM rules, private and public issuance of debentures and shares, management of stock option plans, negotiation and compliance of shareholders` agreements, incorporation of companies and joint ventures, fulfillment of corporate obligations, M&A practice, and supporting the IR Department. From 2008 to 2007, they were a lawyer at Azevedo Sette Advogados and GOL, respectively. Marcelo began their career as a lawyer at Albino Advogados Associados in 2002.

Marcelo Acerbi de Almeida earned a Bachelor in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo between 2001 and 2005. Prior to this, they attended Colégio Rio Branco from 1993 to 1995.
