Mateus Alves has worked in the tech industry since 2018. In 2018, they worked at Concentrix as a Subject Matter Expert and an Assistente de e-mail e chat, where they provided customer service via email and chat. In 2020, they began working at meutudo. as a Pleno tech recruiter, Pleno reporting analyst, Pleno excellence analyst, Customer Success, and Backoffice. In their role as Pleno reporting analyst, they were responsible for tracking customer metrics such as csat, NPS, PlayStore, and RA. Mateus also developed a website to store processes and disseminate the company's culture, monitored KPI's, and created weekly reports for the manager and c-level of the area. Mateus used Google Sheets, Google presentations, Google sites, Google data studio, Zoho Dashboards, Trello, and Canva in their role.

Mateus Alves is currently studying a Bacharelado in Engenharia Civil at the Metropolitan Faculty of Grande Fortaleza, which they began in 2018.
